Current North Sydney Property Market Report

As an experienced real estate agent in Sydney’s Lower North Shore I like to keep abreast of property performance in all local areas and North Sydney is an important commercial and corporate office city just across Sydney’s CBD. It’s central to all city and airport transport as well as the beautiful leafy suburbs that sit on Sydney Harbour and to the arterial roads that take you up to Artarmon and Chatswood. If you would like to receive instant access to up-to-date property market performance and statistics enter your details below and then check your email. I also keep a regular blog and have created a series of educational videos about all aspects of property transactions.

About North Sydney

The onetime home of poet Henry Lawson and Australia’s first saint Mary MacKillop, who lived, died, and is buried at Mary MacKillop Place on Mount Street, North Sydney has come to be regarded as Sydney’s second business district, thanks to the high concentration of office buildings, only rivalled by the CBD itself. And it’s this eclectic blend of historical significance mixed with office blocks, residential homes, cafes, restaurants, and nightspots that have helped make North Sydney such a highly sought-after suburb of the Lower North Shore.

Situated on the North Sydney rail line, it’s also one of the few areas of the Lower North Shore that’s accessible by train as well as buses, which can also boast some of Sydney’s finest high schools, including Marist College, Monte Sant’ Angelo Mercy College, SHORE, and the Wenona School. There are also two shopping complexes in North Sydney, where locals and office workers can get their retail therapy fix – the Greenwood Plaza and Berry Square.
